Enables you to create two CSV files containing the contents of the selected FPS extract. One CSV file will contain all payroll information except car and fuel details, and the second will contain car and fuel details only. The separation of the data into two CSV files does not impact the data that is sent to HMRC.

Parameters

File Type

Display only. The type of file to be created.

File Name

Enter the name of the CSV file that you want to create. By default, the FPS Car CSV file name will follow the same format as the original but will start ‘FPSCAR’ rather than ‘FPS’.

Path

Display only. The path of the default data directory on the ResourceLink server, where the CSV file is to be created.
