Enables you to create or load existing queries. Queries use a simplified and limited SQL-like syntax. Query statements are created element-by-element by double-clicking the options listed in the Selection pane. The options listed in the Selection pane are automatically updated as you select each element.

Selection

Query Name

Enter the name of the query you want to run, or select one from the drop-down list.

Description

Enter a description of the query.

Object

Enter the query object, or select one from the drop-down list.

Public

Select this check box if you want the query to be accessible to other operators. If the query is public, users will be able to access, amend, and run it but will not be able to save any changes if they are not the query owner.

Output Type

Select the output type for the query results from the drop-down list.

Compress

Select this check box to compress the results file in .zip file format before downloading to your local machine.

Buttons

Columns

Click to open the Column Selection window, allowing you to customise what data will be included in the results file.

Execute

Click to download the results file for the selected query.
