General

Object ID

Select the object for which you want to view/enter diary appointments. For example, you can display-only appointments for employees, members, or your own appointments as an operator.

Note: You can only select a different object when in the master diary screen; if you are in a diary screen for a particular object, you can only view appointments for that object.

User Group

Select the user group for which you want to display diary appointments, or leave this field empty to view data for all user groups.

Diary Date

Enter the date for which you want to view/enter diary data. The default is the currently selected day.

Time

Enter the time band at which you want the diary display to start.

Event Code

Enter or select the diary event code for which you want to view/enter data.

Status

Choose the status for which you want to view/enter diary data – for example, actioned, cancelled, postponed.

Overlay

Personnel/Operator

To overlay diary data for an object in addition to that selected in the Object ID field above, enter Y in the appropriate field. For example, if the selected object is operator and you want also to display employee diary appointments, enter Y in the Personnel field. An error message is displayed if you try to flag an inappropriate field.
