Enables you to generate a report showing the various appointments a selected operator is scheduled to attend.

Operator

Enter your Operator ID (or the Operator ID of the person whose diary you want to print), or select one by clicking WINDOW to display Operator Selection.

Note: If this field is left blank, the system prints all operator diaries.

The remaining fields are optional and are used to narrow down the selection of diary entries. For example, if you only want to print details relating to meetings, enter the appropriate code in the Event Code field, or if you only want details relating to a specific operator, enter their ID in the Created By field.

The Print Detail Fields field produces details relating to when and who created the diary entry; the Print Detail Text field produces the note lines.
