ResourceLink Flexible Benefits is an interface module that interacts with Thomsons Darwin^TM, a third party partner program that provides Flexible Benefits management.

As an employee's Benefits information changes within ResourceLink, triggers are used to add that employee to a queue which can later be used to produce CSV files of the Employee, Dependents, Benefits and Salary data that are then uploaded to Darwin^TM via SFTP. This transfer of data can happen on-demand for a sub-set of employees, as a larger batch process for all employees on the queue or as a scheduled task.

Import of data from Darwin^TM via CSV files can also be performed and scheduled.

This module is intended as a replacement for the MyChoice module and that module will be deprecated in a later release. For release RA01R13, both MyChoice and the Flexible Benefits interfaces are present.
