Enables you to configure the benefit options for different benefit types in a Flexible Benefits Model.

General

Model ID

Enter the Flexible Benefits Model ID, or select one from the drop down list.

Eff Date

Enter the effective date of the Benefit Model, or select one from the drop down list.

Benefit

Enter the Benefit ID, or click window to select one from the Employee Benefit Selection window.

Paging Area

Benefit Option

Enter a Benefit Option ID.

Start Date

Enter the start date for the benefit option.

Pay Element

Enter the Pay Element that corresponds with the benefit option, or click window to search for and select a pay element.

Employee's Amount

Enter the employee's benefit option value.

Employer's Amount

Enter the employer's benefit option value.

Additional

Click expand to display the following fields:

Compensation Type

Enter the Compensation Type for the benefit option. Must be one of:

• Holiday
• Salary
• Both Holiday and Salary

Quantity

Enter the quantity for the benefit option. Only used for Holiday type benefits.

Units

Enter the units for the benefit option Quantity. Only used for Holiday type benefits. Must be either Hours or Days.

Ers PE

Enter the Pay Element that corresponds with the Employer's value for the benefit option, or click window to search for and select a pay element.

Employee's Percentage

Enter the employee's percentage split value of the benefit option. Only used for Pension type benefits.

Employer's Percentage

Enter the employer's percentage split value of the benefit option. Only used for Pension type benefits.

Description

Enter the description of the benefit option.
