Body

Enter the code to identify the person (or people) who gave the authority to change the full-time equivalent, or click WINDOW. The list of alternatives available for selection are set up in the narrative category AUTHBD.

Reference

Enter an additional reference to clearly identify the body who gave the authorisation to change the full-time equivalent.

Date

Enter the date when the authorisation to change the full time equivalent was given.

Notes

Click window to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.

Additional

Click EXPAND to display the description of the body that authorised the current FTE change.
