Enables you to maintain Hay Grade details.

Specify the effective date and salary mid point. The default minimum and maximum salary values are calculated by the Hay grade percentage but can be overridden. The default is 15% (see Hay Grade Bulk Amendment for changing the default).

When you click COMMIT, a new grade entry is created for all active Hay Grade employees reflecting the new Hay grade details.

Enter the Hay grade start date.

Min Salary

Enter the Hay grade minimum salary. The default value for this field is calculated from the mid point.

Mid Point

Enter the Hay grade salary mid point.

Max Salary

Enter the Hay grade maximum salary. The default value for this field is calculated from the mid point.
