Work Pattern

Display only. Work pattern to which the post is linked.

Job FTE Hours

Display only. The Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) hours specified against the job.

Work Pattern Hours

Display only. The total hours defined in the session detail for the work pattern are shown here.

Hours Override

To override the post weekly hours derived from the work pattern, enter the number of hours here.

Post Weekly Hours

Display only. The FTE weekly hours for the post are displayed.

Derivation Ind

Display only. The source of the details used to calculate the weekly hours, shown in the previous field, is displayed. The information given in this field, and the Weekly Hours field, depends on the details entered elsewhere in the system.

The system searches for details of weekly hours in the following order:

• Override hours for the post.
• Equivalent weekly hours from the post work pattern.
• Hours entered against the job.
• Equivalent weekly hours of the system default work pattern.

Planned FTE

Display only. The latest FTE value entered on the Post FTE Details screen is displayed.

Min FTE Hours

Display only. The minimum FTE hours required to sustain the post.

Sickness Overhead %

Enter the Sickness Overhead Percentage (Reporting purposes only).
