Save Employee Selections
Enables you to save the selected employees into a staff list when you have finished selecting employees. You can then subsequently use the staff list when selecting employees to select the whole group of employees without having to specify them individually.

Save Selections as a List
Enter Y to create a list from the selected individuals.
List Name
Enter the list ID.
List Title
Enter a meaningful description of the list to help you distinguish it from others held on the system.
Public
Enter Y to make the list available to all users. Enter N to restrict the list to the operator who created it.
