Enables you to search for a standard letter.

Note: These fields can be left blank to display all available standard letters, or a combination of fields can be entered.

1. Enter a partial string on which to search for a standard letter in the Search Criteria field.
2. Enter C in the Search By field to search for standard letter codes that begin with the string you entered, or enter D to search for standard letters with a description that contains the string you entered.
3. Click Search to display the matching standard letters in the paging area.
4. Select the required standard letter which is then displayed in the field from which you clicked the window button.
