Enables you to select employees by specifying the payroll hierarchy control group (top level structure unit) to which they are attached.

General

Hierarchy

Display only. The ID of the payroll hierarchy.

Select every Cont Grp

Enter Y to select all employees linked to the payroll hierarchy, irrespective of which control group they belong to. Save Group Selections is then displayed, where you can save your selection in a list. Leave blank to select one or more individual control groups and press RETURN to display all the control groups belonging to the payroll hierarchy in the paging area.

Paging Area

Structure Unit

Display only. The ID of the top level structure unit.

Obs

Indicates if the structure unit is obsolete.

Structure Description

Display only. The description of the top level structure unit.

Y/V

Enter Y to select the top level structure unit and all the child structure units linked to it, or enter V and click EXIT to view the structure units on the next level down in the hierarchy in Structure Unit Selection.

Click EXIT when you have made your selections to display Save Group Selections.
