HR Module
ResourceLink provides a means of recording and retrieving HR data and also enables the various levels of management to view their HR database in new and imaginative ways, in order to respond rapidly to your organisation’s needs.
Using the system, you can record information ranging from general HR details, training and qualifications, through to benefit maintenance and absence.
Additionally, you can define the data you record for an individual employee against the position they occupy in the organisation structure. By simply changing an employee’s position within the organisation, their record can be fully updated: instantly, if required. Multiple reporting structures allow for the rapid change of the establishment at times of re-organisation, as well as providing 'what if' views.
