Producing Accessible Static Information
When you create static information for Web Recruitment, it is very important to follow the guidelines described below if you want to ensure that you do not breach the level of accessibility designed for the Web Recruitment website.
What you must or can do:
- Use only the P style (for the paragraph HTML element), which you can select from the drop-down list.
- Apply bold, underline, and italic by clicking the toolbar buttons.
- Use a font that matches the font used in the Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) for the website (the default is Arial).
- You must use CTRL + ENTER to include line breaks (for the <BR> HTML element).
What you must not do:
- Do not use H2 or any other styles available in the drop-down list.
- Do not change the font size.
- Do not copy and paste tables.
- Do not copy and paste images.
- Do not copy and paste information from any documents.
- Do not use ordered (numbered) or unordered (bulleted) lists.
- Do not use tabs to produce indented lines. They have no effect.
- Do not enter any HTML tags (they will appear on the website only as text).
