Enables you to set up details of rooms available for use at a venue and book rooms.

To access this window, enter fast path HR257S3 and select Venue Room Details from the navigation panel.

General

Usage

Display only. The purpose for which the venue is used. For example, medicals, recruitment, training.

Paging Area

Room

Record the identity of one of the rooms available at the venue.

Capacity Min, Max

Enter the minimum and maximum number of people the venue room is to be used for, respectively.

Notes

Click window to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.

Usage

Enables you to enquire about the dates and times on which a room is booked. Click WINDOW to display Room Usage.

Obsolete Date

Enter the date on which this room becomes obsolete. You cannot select this room as of this date.

Additional

Click EXPAND to display the room description, and the name or job title of the person you normally contact for booking this room.
