Enables you to search for course events by entering a range of search criteria. You can enter as few or as many search criteria as required.

Course Event Search

Event Status

Enter the course event status code or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the CRSSTT narrative category.

From

Enter the date from which you want to search for course events.

To

Enter the date up to which you want to search for course events.

Course

Enter the ID of the course or select one by clicking window to display Course Selection.

Course Title

Enter whole or partial words on which to search course titles. The matching words can be located anywhere in the course title. For example, searching for 'training' finds 'Training for beginners' and 'Induction training'.

Venue

Enter whole or partial words on which to search venue titles. The matching words can be located anywhere in the venue title.

Course Type

Enter a course type code or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGCRS narrative category.

Int/Ext

Enter I to search for course events for internal courses, E to search for course events for external courses or B to search for both.

Supplier

Enter the ID of the supplier or select one by clicking window to display Supplier Selection.

Attendance Type

Enter a course attendance type code or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGATT narrative category.

Region

Enter the training region of the course event, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRREGN narrative category.

No. of Delegates

Enter the minimum number of delegates booked on the course event.

Hide Obsolete

Select this check box to exclude obsolete course events.

Search

Click this button to display Course Event Search Results, which displays all course events that match the search criteria entered.
