Workflow Items
Enables you to attach one or more workflows to this case type. This allows cases with this case type to be automatically routed according to a workflow when the case status changes.
When you change the case status, you can select one of these workflows if required. The case is then routed to the next recipient and the first task in the workflow is added to their Workflow Tasks component on the Web View dashboard (assuming the next recipient is an operator).
