Enables you to record historical or future career information for a selected employee. The information is entered as free text linked to a date. Records are displayed in date order, with the most recent date at the top of the list.

To access this window, enter fast path HR245S20. Alternatively, enter fast path HREMPALL and select Personal Development from the navigation panel.
