Employee Injuries
Enables you to enter or amend details of any injuries that occurred as a result of the incident. You can enter multiple injuries for a single incident, if required.
Incident Injuries
Result of Injury
Enter the code of the result of the injury, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the INRSLT narrative category.
First Aid Administered
Enter Y if first aid was administered at the time of the incident.
Become Unconscious
Enter Y if the employee became unconscious as a result of the employee.
Need Resuscitation
Enter Y if the employee needed resuscitation as a result of the incident.
Require Hospitalisation
Enter Y if the employee require hospitalisation as a result of the incident.
Police Informed
Enter Y if the police were informed at the time of the incident.
Absence
Date Ceased Work, Time Ceased Work
Enter the date and time the employee ceased work as a result of the incident.
More Than 3 days
Enter Y if the employee was absent for more than 3 days as a result of the incident.
More Than 7 days
Enter Y if the employee was absent for more than 7 days as a result of the incident.
Paging Area
Injury
Enter the code of the injury sustained, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the INJURY narrative category.
Description
Display only. The description of injury.
Main Injury
Enter Y if this is the main injury sustained.
Body Part
Enter the part of the body affected by the injury. If the MISC > HEALTHSAFE > BODYPART system parameter is set to Y, you can select a body part from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the INCBDY narrative category.
