Displays OSP rollback entitlement details. The information is broken down into four sections:

• Sickness/Ind Inj Ent Left - displays the remaining entitlement within the first 12 months period.
• Sickness/Ind Inj Taken (Pre 36 Mths) - details the number of days or periods taken within the previous 36 months.
• Sickness/Ind Inj Total Taken - totals the number of days or periods taken in the previous 36 months.
• Sickness/Ind Inj Ent Remaining - displays the remaining entitlement which is calculated by deducting the total taken days or periods from the entitlement left. Deduction is from the lowest paid entitlement to the highest.
