SSP Qualifying Pattern

Display only. The pattern defined for the employee via SSP Control Detail.

OSP Entitlement Pattern

Display only. The entitlement pattern linked to the employee’s service conditions as defined in OSP Parameters.

OSP Qualifying Pattern

Display only. The pattern linked to the employee’s service conditions as defined in OSP Parameters.

OSP Working Hours

Display only. The working hours relevant to the selected post's work pattern as calculated in SSP/OSP Qualifying Days.

OSP Normal Pay

Enter the default OSP Normal Pay value to use if it cannot be determined, for example, for a new starter.
