Lists employees whose sickness payments will shortly move into a lower entitlement band, or expire. The warning period, during which employees’ details are displayed on this screen, is specified via Bands of Entitlement which is accessed from OSP Parameters.

Employee ID

Employee whose sickness payments will move into a lower entitlement band or expire within the warning period.

Warning Message

Shows the payment reason (either sickness or industrial injury), the current entitlement rate percentage, and the number of days before it expires. For example, the payment reason might be ‘sickness’, the current entitlement rate 25% of Normal Pay, and the entitlement might expire in one day’s time, for a particular listed employee.
