Enables you to view a summary of each sickness period recorded, including dates and pay details. The fields in this window are all display- only.

In a typical example, SSP is paid in addition to OSP to bring the total sick pay up to the value of Normal Pay.

To access this window, enter fast path HREMPALL and select SSP Details > Sickness Summary or OSP Details > Summary from the navigation panel.

General

Start Date

The start date of the sickness period.

End Date

The date when the sickness period finished.

PIW

Indicates if the sickness period is linked to another sickness period for SSP calculation.

Weeks

The total number of weeks of sickness absence – that is, the total number of working days absence divided by seven.

Average Pay

The average periodic pay during the sick period (the period can be either a week or a month).

SSP Days Paid

The number of days on which SSP was paid during the period, and the total amount.

OSP Days Paid

The number of days on which OSP was paid during the period, and the total amount.

Daily Detail

Click WINDOW to display Sickness Daily Detail, where you can view payment details for every day of the currently selected sickness absence period.

Band

The SSP band applicable to the sickness period.

Total Sick Pay

The total sick pay earned during the period.
