Enables you to change the default OSP qualifying pattern or working hours for the current employee. These changes will affect the employee’s OSP payments.

General

SSP Qualifying Pattern

Display only. The pattern defined for the employee via SSP Control Detail.

OSP Entitlement Pattern

Display only. The entitlement pattern linked to the employee’s service conditions (defined via OSP Parameters).

OSP Qualifying Pattern

Initially this field shows the pattern linked to the employee’s service conditions (defined via OSP Parameters). You can override the default pattern by entering Y or N against the appropriate days if required.

OSP Working Hours

Working hours are only shown if the employee’s pay is calculated on a rate rather than an amount basis (the pay calculation basis is set via the Rate Calculation Parameters option). If the employee is paid on a rate basis you can adjust the figures shown if necessary.

OSP Normal Pay

Default OSP Normal Pay

Enter the default OSP Normal Pay value to use if a value cannot be calculated, for example, for a new starter.

Note: A warning is displayed if this value is used.
