Enables you to define alternative pension schemes for auto enrolled eligible job holders and opted in employees who are non-eligible job holders (they have reached the lower earnings threshold) or entitled workers (their earnings are below the lower earnings limit). Schemes for eligible job holders must be of type QPS; for non-eligible job holders and entitled workers they cannot be of type AES or NEST and must have one or more linked pay elements.

Eligible Job Holder

Scheme

Enter the ID of the QPS scheme that is applicable to eligible job holders when they are auto enrolled, or select one by clicking WINDOW to display Select Pension Scheme.

P.E.

Enter the ID of the pay element associated with the selected scheme for eligible job holders, or select one from the drop-down list.

Employee Level

Indicates that the alternate scheme should be held at the Employee level, rather than against the employee's post holdings.

Non-Eligible Job Holder

Scheme

Enter the ID of the scheme that is applicable to non-eligible job holders who opt in, or select one by clicking WINDOW to display Select Pension Scheme.
