Unit Type

Displays H or D to indicate whether the entitlement unit type is hourly or daily.

Category 1, Category 2

Description

Display only. The description of the category.

Entitlement

Display only. The number of entitlement units in this category. Click window to open Entitlement Breakdown which displays a breakdown of the entitlement into Carry Forward and Mid-Cycle Carry Forward entitlements.

Extra

Enter the number of extra entitlement units given to this category for the employee, if applicable

B/Fwd

Display only. The number of entitlement units in this category that were brought forward.

Taken

Display only. The number of entitlement units taken against the selected entitlement in this category.

B/Fwd Used

Display only. The number of brought forward entitlement units that have been used in this category.

B/Fwd Remaining

Display only. The number of brought forward entitlement units remaining in this category.

Remaining

Display only. The number of entitlement units remaining in this category, which is calculated from the previous fields.

Note: The following two fields only apply to category 1.

Cap Date

Display only. The cap date used for entitlements.

Capped Units

Display only. The number of capped units.
