Enables you to create lists of absence types which can be selected when bulk processing absences via the scheduler or Offline Bulk Absence Proc (Multi-Stream).

Selection

Absence List ID

Enter the ID of the absence list that you want to maintain, or select one by clicking window to display Absence List Selection.

If the absence list does not exist, a prompt is displayed allowing you to create the new absence list.

General

Short Description, Long Description

Enter a short and long description of this absence list.

Paging Area

Absence Type

Enter the ID of the absence type you want to include in this absence list, or select one from the drop-down list.

Description

Display only. The description of the selected absence type.
