Process Absences Report
Enables you to view reports on either bulk absence process runs or payroll runs. Bulk absence processes can be initiated via Bulk Absence Process, Offline Bulk Absence Process (Multi-Stream) or the scheduler.
Note: Payroll runs are only included in this report, and not the Calculation Exception Report.
Note: Employee records generating a warning are listed in both warnings and success reports.
General
Absence Run Number
Select a process run number from the drop-down list, this can be either a bulk absence process run, or a payroll run. The remaining fields in the General section are populated with data from the selected process and are display only.
Absence Run Date
The process run date.
Absence Run Time
The process run time.
Absence Run Type
The type of process, which can be Update or Test for a bulk absence run, UpdSch for a bulk absence run (processed via the scheduler), Mstrm for a multi-stream bulk absence run, or Payroll for a payroll run.
Process Type
The type of processing which can be Pay or Record for a bulk absence run, Calc (processing absences), Remove (absence removed) or Unproc (absences undone) for a payroll run.
Operator ID
The ID of the operator who ran the process.
Payroll Run Number
The payroll run number, if a payroll run was selected.
Successfully Undone
The number of absences successfully undone.
Successfully Processed
The number of absences successfully processed.
Errors
The number of errors generated. Records which generated an error, signify a problem and are not processed.
Warnings
Number of warnings generated. Records which generated a warning are still processed as the message is for information only.
Entitlement Errors
The number of entitlement errors generated. Records which generated an error signify a problem and are not processed.
Entitlement Warnings
Number of entitlement warnings generated. Records which generated a warning are still processed as the message is for information-only.
Absence Reports
Note: If there are any exceptions, the relevant check box is selected by default.
Successes
Select this check box to view a report on employees successfully processed.
Errors
Select this check box to view a report on employee records that generated error messages.
Warnings
Select this check box to view a report on employee records that generated warning messages.
Entitlement Reports
Note: If there are any exceptions, the relevant check box is selected by default.
Errors
Select this check box to view a report on employee records that generated entitlement error messages.
Warnings
Select this check box to view a report on employee records that generated entitlement warning messages.
Click Commit to generate the selected reports.
