Enables you to view employee attendance records that have been entered in the MyView Time Management module.

Selection

This section enables you to enter selection criteria to determine which attendance records are displayed for the selected employee. Alternatively, you can leave all fields blank to display all attendance records for the selected employee.

Attend Type

Select the attendance type from the drop-down list for which you want to display attendance records.

Post

Select the post for which you want to view attendance records by clicking window to display Employee's Post Selection.

Paging Area

Start Date

The date on which the attendance started.

Type

The ID of the attendance type.

Category

The ID of the category that applies to this attendance type.

Action

The category type, either paid (P), taken as time off in lieu or flexi (L), or has a cash value (C).

Units / Cash

The duration of the attendance as a decimal or the cash value depending on the category type.

Cost Centre

The ID of the cost centre to which this attendance is cross-charged.

Comments

Comments about this attendance record.

Updated

The name of the operator who updated the record and the date of the change.
