The absence type.

Post

The employee's post.

Start Date, End Date

The start and end dates of the employee's entitlement for the selected post.

Projected

The date as of which the projected entitlement is calculated:

• ACTUAL entitlement types - the entitlement is calculated in the background and is displayed as of the end of the period in which the absence ends.
• Other entitlement types - the entitlement is calculated as of the absence start date.

Entl Total

The total entitlement units available per absence type / post combination prior to this absence.

Remaining

The projected remaining entitlement units per absence type / post combination as of the projected date.
