Waiting Days

Enter the number of waiting days to apply, which are days at the beginning of a sickness absence that are not paid or deducted from the entitlement.

Apply W/D's

Enter Y if waiting days should be applied to linked absences.

Rolling Months

Enter the number of previous months over which the number of occurrences specified in the following field are counted.

Abs Occurrence

Enter the number of absences that can occur in the rolling months period before waiting days are applied. For example, if you enter 4 in this field and 12 in the previous field, the 4th and subsequent absences in the past 12 months will have waiting days applied.
