Enables you to select the format of the report and indicate whether the report should be output to a file on the client or server instead of the screen.

Note: The To File check box is only enabled if the report supports being output to a file.

Destination

Format

Select the required report format from the options available in the drop-down list. The options available for selection depend on the report type.

Each output option is opened in a new workspace in the chosen format, unless you select CSV. If you select CSV, you are prompted to open or save the CSV file as required.

To File

Select this check box to print the report to a file. The following fields are only enabled when this check box is selected:

Client

Select this check box to print the report to a file on your local PC. Selecting this check box automatically de-selects the Server check box.

Server

Select this check box to print the report to a file on the server. The file is sent to the directory specified in the PROPRINTPATH environment variable. The value of this variable should be set by your system administrator. Selecting this check box automatically de-selects the Client check box.

File Name

Display only. The name of the file to which the report is being printed.

Do not prompt again

Select this check box to suppress the display of this window when you print this report again - the last selected output option is automatically used to produce the report. You can review the settings stored against each report you have produced via Maintain Operator Report Options.
