Enables you to define the email to use when bulk emailing P11Ds / Benefit Statements / P60s to employees.

To access this window, enter fast path HR555S60 and select P11D E-Mail or Benefit E-Mail in the navigation panel.

Selection

Template Area

Display only. Indicates the payroll area for which you are defining email settings.

Template Effective Date

Display only. The effective date of the email settings.

E-Mail Settings

Subject

Enter the text to use in the subject of the email.

Salutation

Enter the salutation to use in the email, for example, Dear or Hello, and then select the following check boxes as required to form the rest of the salutation.

Title

Select this check box if the employee's title should be included in the salutation.

Initials

Select this check box if the employee's initials should be included in the salutation.

Forename

Select this check box if the employee's first name should be included in the salutation.

Other Names

Select this check box if the employee's other names should be included in the salutation.

Known As

Select this check box if the employee's known as name should be included in the salutation.

Surname

Select this check box if the employee's surname should be included in the salutation.

Letter Text

Enter the text to include in the main body of the email.

Click this button to clear all the settings in this window.
