Enter a from and / or to date if you want to display vehicle usage details for a specific period, or leave blank to display all usage details.

Click SEARCH to display the vehicle usage details for the selected period.

Paging Area

Employee, Name

Display only. The number and name of the employee using the vehicle.

Start Date

Display only. The date from which the employee had use of this vehicle.

End Date

Display only. The date when the employee ceased using this vehicle. This field is blank if the employee is still using the vehicle.

Display only. The source of this information.
