Pay Element Eligibility History
Enables you to maintain the status of the employee's membership of a Salary Sacrifice Scheme.
General
Scheme
Display only. Displays the Scheme ID and description of the Salary Sacrifice Scheme.
Post
Display only. Displays the Post ID and the Post Description for the employee's post.
Post Start Date
Display only. The post holding start date for the employee.
Post End Date
Display only. The post holding end date for the employee.
Main Post
Display only. Indicates if the post is the employee's main post.
Paging Area
PE ID
Enter the ID of the Salary Sacrifice Pay Element.
Date
Enter the effective date of the status of the pay element.
Note: The date must be greater than existing entries for this post / pay element combination. If a scheme year start has been defined for the salary sacrifice scheme and the effective date is not the start of the year, a warning message will be issued.
Status
Enter the Pay Element Status, or select one from the drop-down list.
Available status codes are:
- ANNELG - Eligible for deductions at Annual Assessment
- ANNNON - Non Eligible for deductions at Annual Assessment
- ASSESS - Annual Assessment for New Starter
- ELIG - Eligible for Salary Sacrifice
- LEFT - Employee has left the Scheme
- NONSAL - Non Salary Sacrifice Arrangement
- OPTIN - Opted In for Salary Sacrifice
- OPTOUT - Opted Out of Salary Sacrifice
- PROB - Employee is on Probation
