Scheme Opt Out
Enables you to opt out the employee from the auto enrolment scheme.
General
Opt Out End Date
Display only. The end date of the opt out period.
Opt Out Notice Received
Enter the date the opt out notice was received from the employee.
Membership Start Date
Display only. The start date of the employee's membership period.
Membership End Date
This field is only enabled if an opt out notice has been received. Enter the end date of the employee's membership period.
Withheld Contributions
Display only. The amount of the employee's withheld contributions.
Actual Contributions
Display only. The amount of the employee's non-withheld contributions that may be refundable if the employee opts out during the opt out period.
Allow Refund
Select this check box if the withheld contributions should be refunded. If the membership start and end dates are the same, and the opt out notice was received within the opt out period, the employee is automatically set to receive a refund (which cannot be changed). If the membership start and end dates are different, a refund is not allowed and this check box is not enabled.
Opt Out Reference Number
Enter the bulk opt our reference number, which is given to the employee when they opt out and is mandatory if the scheme type is NEST.
Membership End Reason
Enter the reason the employee has left the scheme, or select one from the drop-down list.
