Create Member Record
Displayed if the selected employee is not a member when a pensions increase is applicable. Enables you to create the employee as a member, if required.

Create one now?
Select this check box if you want to create a member record for the selected employee.
Note: If a member record is not created at this time, the Pension Incr Date and Age Less 55 fields are cleared.
Member Number
Enter a member number for this employee, this field defaults to the employee number but can be amended, if required.
Scheme
Enter a scheme ID for this employee or select a scheme by clicking window to display Pension Scheme Selection.
Status
Enter a scheme status or select a status by clicking window to display Pension Status Selection.
Start Date
Enter the date on which this employee’s scheme membership starts.
Click create to create the employee’s member record.
