Supply teachers receive an increment only if they have worked at least 26 weeks in the previous 365 days. Use this screen to record the weeks in which a supply teacher has worked. ResourceLink uses this information to assess whether or not the teacher receives an increment on the specified increment date.

Note: You can enter supply teachers’ worked weeks via Supply Service Weeks.

The screen lists the end-dates of weeks for a whole year, starting from a date you specify. In this list you can flag the weeks in which the selected supply teacher worked.

Enter the date from which you want service details to be displayed. This field defaults to today's date.

Service

Enter Y against the weeks in which the supply teacher worked.
