Specifies parameters that determine the order in which pay documents are to be printed. For example, payslips could be printed in surname order within control group, or in surname order with payslips that are to be sent to the home address to be printed first.

There are two fields alongside each parameter:

• In the first field, enter a number for the sort sequence order. If you enter no preferences, payslips are printed in employee number order within pay group.
• Leave the second box blank (or enter N) for ascending sort order, or enter Y for descending order.
