Displays a list of all the available CA forms with a count against each one to indicate how many times the form has been requested.

You can select/de-select forms for inclusion in the interface file by clicking window in the Tag field to display Generic List Tagging Help Screen. Alternatively, you can select all forms that have been requested by clicking the Select All button.

Click EXIT once you have selected the forms required to continue with your task.
