Case Tracking
The case tracking functionality allows cases (requests from pension scheme members and others) to be created, tracked and reported on. Cases consist of a number of activities which can be processed separately.
Cases can be assigned to operators, and individual activities within a case can be assigned to different operators. For example, a case may be created to perform a retirement calculation for a member. The benefit calculation activity may be assigned to one operator and the take benefits activity to a different operator.
The following options are available for case tracking:
