Enables you to configure the GMP Interface parameters.

Parameters

Authorised User Number

Enter the unique 10 character user number supplied by HMRC. This number is issued once a test interface file has been successfully sent to HMRC and validated.

Users Name, Users Address

Enter the name and address of the individual to whom HMRC should reply once they have received the interface file.

Export Directory

Enter the path of the default directory where the interface files should be created.

Import Directory

Enter the path of the default directory where returned interface files should be held prior to being uploaded.

Use Main Post?

Enter Y to update pay element details against the employee’s main post as opposed to the default EMPLOYEE post when the returned interface file is loaded.

PE Update Detail

Click window to display GMP to Pay Element Update Detail, where you can associate pay elements with pension components. You can only associate N type pay elements that are pension related, and a pay element can only be associated with one pension component. This association will determine which pay elements are updated when the returned interface file is loaded.
