Pension Sharing on Divorce
Enables you to create a record of an ear-marked order or a pension sharing order for an ex-spouse, as well as record the ex-spouse’s personal details.
Court Order Details
Note: You must complete the first 9 fields in this screen before you can enter the ex-spouse's personal details.
Order Date
Enter the date of the court order.
Effective
Enter the date when the ear marked order becomes effective.
Divorce
Enter the date when the divorce was finalised.
Information Requested
Enter the date when information was requested.
Information Supplied
Enter the date when the requested information was supplied.
Total CETV
Enter the total cash equivalent transfer value.
CETV Effective
Enter the effective date of the total cash equivalent transfer value.
Note: The values in the following two fields must add up to the value in the Total CETV field.
Mem CETV
Enter the member total cash equivalent transfer value.
Spouse CETV
Enter the spouse total cash equivalent transfer value.
Mem Pension
Enter the value of the member's pension.
Spouse Pension
Enter the value of the spouse's pension.
Mem TFCS
Enter the value of the member's transfer cash sum.
Spouse TFCS
Enter the value of the spouse's transfer cash sum.
Mem Death LS
Enter the value of the member's death lump sum.
Spouse Death LS
Enter the value of the spouse's death lump sum.
Mem Death Pen
Enter the value of the member's death pension.
Spouse Death Pen
Enter the value of the spouse's death pension.
Charges
Enter the value of any charges applicable.
Expiry Date
Enter the date when the ear-marked order expires.
Expiry Reason
Enter the code to indicate the reason why the ear-marked order expires, or select a reason from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the DIVRSN narrative category.
Ex Spouse Details
NRD
Enter the spouse's normal retirement date.
ARD
Enter the spouse's actual retirement date, if applicable.
SPA
Enter the date when the spouse reaches state pension age.
Buttons
New Selection
Click this button to display Pension Sharing on Divorce Selection, where you can select a different sharing record to view, or create another sharing record.
Notes
Click this button to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.
UDF
Click this button to display Simple User-Defined Field Data if user-defined fields have been set up by your system administrator. These are extra fields used to record additional information that are specific to your organisation.
