The Pensions module contains a flexible benefit calculation facility to automatically provide quotations for members. You can set up different calculation types, such as for a refund of contributions, deferred pensions, normal retirement or death in service.

Customer Specified Procedures (CSPs) drive the background calculation of benefit quotations and provide the end result. Although CSPs provide a flexible, automatic means of calculating pension benefits, you can calculate benefits manually and record the results on the system, if required.
