Benefit / Total Reward Statement Set-Up
Enables you to set up benefit statements and total reward statements by specifying the calculation program and standard letter used to generate them.
Selection
Benefit Statement
Enter the ID of the benefit / total reward statement that you want to maintain, or select one by clicking window to display Benefit Statement Selection Window. You must select the benefit statement with an ID of TRS if you are maintaining the total reward statement.
If the statement does not exist, a prompt is displayed allowing you to create the new statement.
Statement Detail
Description
Enter a description of the benefit / total reward statement.
Obsolete Date
Enter the date on which this statement becomes obsolete, if known. You cannot generate a statement as of this date.
Buttons
Notes
Click this button to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.
Benefit Calc
Click this button to display Benefit Calculation Input, where you can specify which calculation programs are used to generate this statement.
Standard Letter
Click this button to display Benefit Statement Standard Letters, where you can specify which standard letters are used to generate this statement.
Pension Scheme
Click this button to display Pension Scheme Input, where you can specify one or more pension schemes that utilise this benefit statement. This information is used in the MyView Pensions module for benefit statements only.
Auto Setup
This button is only enabled when creating new statements or once settings have been specified in Auto Setup Detail against one or more benefit calculations. Click this button to display Auto Setup Message, where you can initiate the automatic set-up process.
