Re-start Benefit / Total Reward Statement Runs
Enables you to re-start a benefit statement run (standard task HR671S11) or a total reward statement run (standard task HR671S12) that has terminated before processing has finished at the correct point. The processing may terminate early for reasons such as power failure, disk errors or overlapping contract hours. All the fields in this screen are display only.
If the benefit statement calculation included an exception list, the member in error is added to the list.
Paging Area
Operator
The name of the operator who started the statement process.
Session Number
The unique number identifying the session during which the statement process was started. A new session number is generated every time a user logs on.
Benefit Statement Name
The name of the statement for which the process was started.
Calculation Effective Date
The effective date entered when the statement process was started.
List Name
The name of the member / employee list that was processed by the statement process.
Problem Mem/Emp
The ID of the member / employee that was being processed when the process terminated.
No. Processed
The number of members / employees who were processed up to the termination point.
No. Remaining
The number of members / employees in the list who had not been processed at the termination point.
Re-start
Enter Y to re-start the statement process from the first member / employee who had not been processed at the termination point.
