Transferred In National Insurance History
Enables you to maintain details of the member’s National Insurance contributions paid into the scheme from which benefits are to be transferred.
Each time a member transfers between schemes, information about the transfer is assigned to pay elements. The pay element numbers are updated each time a new transfer is made. The first two lines of this window show which pay elements the code D and E National Insurance contributions are allocated against for the current transfer. The pay element IDs are pre-defined within HRS and cannot be changed.
General
Pay Element D
Display only. Pay element to which the category D National Insurance contributions are allocated for the transfer.
Pay Element E
Display only. Pay element to which the category E National Insurance contributions are allocated for the transfer.
Tax Year
Enter the tax year to which the National Insurance contributions relate. The full tax year is automatically displayed from the year you enter. For example, if you enter 2003 the tax year is shown as 2003/04.
National Insurance Cat
Enter the National Insurance category, either Category D - Contracted Out or Category E - Reduced Rate Female.
Amount
Enter the monetary value of the National Insurance contributions.
