Displays a summary of the employee’s payroll details. All fields in this window are display only.
General
Pay Group
The pay group to which the employee belongs.
Control Group
The control group to which the employee is attached.
Last Paid
The year and period that the employee was last paid, together with the actual payment date
Pay Type
The pay type for the employee, for example, weekly, monthly.
Pay Method
The method of payment for the employee, for example, BACS, cheque.
Service Condition
The service conditions that apply to the selected employee.
Tax Details
The tax code of the selected employee.
Category
Displays one of the following number categories depending on the legislation type:
- National Insurance Category - employee's National Insurance category. (UK and Isle of Man)
- PRSI Class - employee's PRSI category. (Ireland)
- Soc.Sec Category - employee's Social Security category. (Jersey and Guernsey)
Legislation Type
The country's legislation applicable to the employee.
