Enables you to restrict the MyView calendar as required.

Restrict Calendar
Select this check box if you want to restrict calendar events to module events only. For example, if you are in the Sickness module, only sickness events are displayed. Completed training records are displayed regardless of this setting.
Initial Date
Enter the date from which you want to display absence events on the calendar, if you want to restrict the events shown.
History Period
Enter the history period in months for which you want to display absence events, if you want to restrict the events shown. For example, if you enter 12, absence events for the past 12 months are displayed.
Restrict Sickness for Manager
Enter the sickness records restriction that applies to managers viewing the planner, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the RSTSCK narrative category and are as follows:
- NONE - this is the default option, which shows all sickness records on the planner.
- FUTHIS - this option does not show any sickness records on the planner.
- HIST - this option does not show any sickness records dated prior to the current date on the planner.
Restrict Sickness for Peer
Enter the sickness records restriction that applies to peers viewing the planner, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the RSTSCK narrative category and are as above.
Note: These restrictions apply to the Planner module and all other modules with a calendar view, however, managers and delegated individuals can still access all sickness records via the Sickness Notification module regardless of these settings.
