Enables you to define the email notifications that are sent to an operator who is processing applications for a vacancy.

Enable Notifications

Select this check box to enable email notifications to be sent to operators. If this check box is selected, an email is automatically sent to the operator responsible for the vacancy when an application is imported in to ResourceLink. This email includes PDF attachments, such as the application form, as per the option specified in the Attachment to Send field, as well as any files the applicant attached to their application such as their CV.

Email Template

Enter the ID of the email that you want to send to an operator who is processing applications for a vacancy, or select one from the drop-down list.

Default Email Address

Enter the default email address to which emails should be sent if the operator does not have an email address specified.

Attachment to Send

Enter the type of attachments that should be sent with the email or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the WATTCH narrative category.
